Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Plasterer for our installations. The Plasterer will be responsible for coordinating with the team to schedule property installations, ensuring timely completion of work. Effective communication with both the office and installation teams is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications and Job Description

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with employees and customers.
• Mixing plaster to desired consistency and applying one or more coats to produce a finished surface, using hand tools or mechanical spray.
• Casting ornamental plasterwork by pouring liquid plaster into molds.
• Measuring, cutting, installing, and securing plasterboard and ornamental plasterwork to walls and ceilings.
• Covering and sealing joints between boards and finishing surfaces.
• Checking surface levels using a line, spirit level, and straight edge.
• Preparing corner beads and securing them in position.
• Estimating materials needed for jobs and preparing surfaces while leveling off uneven areas.

Relevant Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a plasterer.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Kingdom.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
• IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands).
• Diploma in Plastering (Minimum 6 months).
