Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Manager for our on-site operations in Oldham. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily administrative operations, providing administrative support, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring exceptional customer service for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate meetings and other office events, handle inbound phone calls, and manage both incoming and outgoing mail.
Qualifications and Job Description
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordination and organization of office activities, overseeing sub-contractors, and booking installations.
- Handling customer bookings and addressing customer complaints.
- Greeting visitors, answering customer calls, and managing office mail distribution.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport arrangements.
- Providing advice on handling correspondence and inquiries related to accounts, sales, and marketing records.
- Ordering stationary, IT equipment, and marketing materials.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Managing office budget, processing invoicing, and ensuring health and safety procedures are up to date.
- Attending meetings with the Operations Manager and Director.
Relevant Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a friendly demeanor.
- IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands).
- Knowledge of computer operating systems.

Focused on enhancing energy efficiency, our company specializes in internal and external wall insulation measures for properties in the United Kingdom and Scotland. The ECO4 scheme provides funding for properties aiming to improve their Energy Performance Certificate rating below D, aligning with our mission to create a sustainable environment by reducing carbon emissions.
Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Plasterer for our installations. The Plasterer will be responsible for coordinating with the team to schedule property installations, ensuring timely completion of work. Effective communication with both the office and installation teams is crucial for success in this role.
Qualifications and Job Description
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with employees and customers.
- Mixing plaster to desired consistency and applying one or more coats to produce a finished surface, using hand tools or mechanical spray.
- Casting ornamental plasterwork by pouring liquid plaster into molds.
- Measuring, cutting, installing, and securing plasterboard and ornamental plasterwork to walls and ceilings.
- Covering and sealing joints between boards and finishing surfaces.
- Checking surface levels using a line, spirit level, and straight edge.
- Preparing corner beads and securing them in position.
- Estimating materials needed for jobs and preparing surfaces while leveling off uneven areas.
Relevant Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a plasterer.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to the United Kingdom.
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
- IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands).
- Diploma in Plastering (Minimum 6 months).
